§ 41-3.1-5 Wages and pari-mutuel poolspermitted within enclosure of dog track. – The pari-mutuel system, so called, or other form of betting system authorizedby this chapter, shall not be used or permitted at any location other than therace track at which the dog racing event is licensed to be conducted.
