§ 41-4-6 - Licensee's commission under auction mutuel system.

SECTION 41-4-6

   § 41-4-6  Licensee's commission underauction mutuel system. – Each licensee under the auction mutuel system may retain, as the licensee'scommission, not to exceed five percent (5%) of the total amount of moneywagered.
