§ 41-5.2-12 Uniform rules –Protective equipment. – (a) Male mixed martial artists shall wear a groin protector of their ownselection, of a type approved by the commissioner.
(b) Female mixed martial artists are prohibited from wearinggroin protectors.
(c) Female mixed martial artists shall wear a chest protectorduring competition. The chest protector shall be subject to the approval of thecommissioner.
