   § 41-9.1-21  Restricted use agreements– confidentiality of records. – (a) The state lottery division may enter into intelligence sharing, reciprocaluse, or restricted use agreements with a department or agency of the federalgovernment, law enforcement agencies, and gaming enforcement and regulatoryagencies of other jurisdictions which provide for and regulate the use ofinformation provided and received pursuant to the agreement.

   (b) Records, documents and information in the possession ofthe state lottery division received pursuant to an intelligence sharing,reciprocal use or restricted use agreement entered into by the state lotterydivision with a federal department or agency, any law enforcement agency, orthe gaming enforcement or regulatory agency of any jurisdiction shall beconsidered investigative records of a law enforcement agency and shall not bedisseminated under any condition without the permission of the person or agencyproviding the record or information or by order of a court with competentjurisdiction over the matter.
