§ 42-11-14 - Prohibition against the use of lead based paint.

SECTION 42-11-14

   § 42-11-14  Prohibition against the use oflead based paint. – When purchasing paint products or contracting for the painting of publicbuildings or construction, the department of administration shall prohibit theuse of lead paint.
