§ 42-12.3-5.1 - Emergency Care.

SECTION 42-12.3-5.1

   § 42-12.3-5.1  Emergency Care. – The department of human services shall ensure that managed care organizationsproviding services under this chapter comply with the "prudent lay person"emergency care coverage standard as required by § 1931 (b) of Title XIX ofthe Social Security Act.
