§ 42-14.2-10 - Procedure for suspension or revocation of license.

SECTION 42-14.2-10

   § 42-14.2-10  Procedure for suspension orrevocation of license. – No license shall be suspended or revoked nor shall any renewal be refusedexcept after a hearing thereon in accordance with the provisions of theAdministrative Procedures Act in chapter 35 of this title.
