§ 42-142-2.1 - Powers and duties of the director of revenue.

SECTION 42-142-2.1

   § 42-142-2.1  Powers and duties of thedirector of revenue. – The director of revenue is hereby authorized and empowered to make rules andregulations as the director may deem necessary for the proper administrationand enforcement of the laws of Rhode Island for the department of revenue andits divisions.
