§ 42-17.6-7 Limitations on amount ofpenalty. – The administrative penalty shall be not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000)for each violation or failure to comply unless a different amount is authorizedby statute as a civil penalty for the subject violation. Each and everyoccurrence and/or day during which the violation or failure to comply isrepeated shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
