SECTION 42-47.1-4

   § 42-47.1-4  Grants, appropriations, andgifts. – The program shall be empowered to apply for and receive from any federal,state, or local agency, private foundation, or individual, any grants,appropriations, or gifts in order to carry out the purposes of the internprogram.
