SECTION 42-56.2-9

   § 42-56.2-9  Acceptance of relinquishmentof federal jurisdiction. – The governor is authorized, empowered, and may accept on behalf of the state,relinquishment of federal jurisdiction over any property situated within thestate and subject to the legislative jurisdiction of the United Statesgovernment.
