SECTION 42-64-9.8

   § 42-64-9.8  Procedure for hearings onorders. – The provisions of §§ 42-64-9.5–42-64-9.7 relative to hearingsand judicial review shall be applicable to all hearings and decisions heldpursuant to this chapter.
