§ 42-66.1-5 - Duties of the director.

SECTION 42-66.1-5

   § 42-66.1-5  Duties of the director. –The director or the director's designee shall promulgate rules concerning theeligibility to participate in the program and shall decide on an applicationbased on the safety needs of the applicant.
