§ 44-13-23 - Determination of tax without return.

SECTION 44-13-23

   § 44-13-23  Determination of tax withoutreturn. – If any corporation fails to file a return at the time prescribed by law, thetax administrator shall proceed to determine the tax from any information he orshe can obtain.
