§ 44-14-17 - Exemption of intangible property and stock from taxation.

SECTION 44-14-17

   § 44-14-17  Exemption of intangibleproperty and stock from taxation. – The intangible property and the shares of stock of any banking institutionliable to a tax under this chapter shall be exempt from taxation in this state.
