SECTION 44-3-59

   § 44-3-59  Tax exemption in the town ofBurrillville – The Columbus Club of Burrillville. – The town council of the town of Burrillville may by ordinance or resolutionprovide an exemption from valuation for taxation any real property owned by theColumbus Club of Burrillville, Council 383, in an amount not to exceed sevenhundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000).
