§ 44-44-1 - Purpose.

SECTION 44-44-1

   § 44-44-1  Purpose. – This chapter is enacted to provide funding for the litter reduction andrecycling program, created pursuant to chapter 15.1 of title 37, and thehard-to-dispose material – control and recycling program, created pursuantto chapter 15.1 of title 37.
