§ 44-64-8 - Hearing by tax administrator on application.

SECTION 44-64-8

   § 44-64-8  Hearing by tax administrator onapplication. – Following hearing, if the tax administrator upholds the assessment of thesurcharge, the amount owed shall be assessed together with any penalty orinterest thereon.
