§ 44-65-13 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of this chapter to anyperson or circumstances is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the chapter that can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of thischapter are declared to be severable.
