   § 45-13.1-5  Meetings, hearings,committees. – (a) The commission shall hold meetings at least quarterly and at other timesthat it deems necessary. The commission may hold public hearings from time totime on matters within its purview.

   (b) Each officer, board, commission, council, department, oragency of state government, and each political subdivision of the state, shallmake available all facts, records, information, and data requested by thecommission, and in all ways cooperate with the commission in carrying out thefunctions and duties imposed by this chapter.

   (c) The commission may establish committees as it deemsadvisable and feasible, whose membership shall include at least one member ofthe commission, but only the commission as a whole may take official commissionaction.

   (d) All meetings of the commission, or any committee of thecommission, at which public business is discussed or formal action is takenshall conform to chapter 46 of title 42.
