   § 45-24-58  Administration –Application procedure. – The zoning ordinance establishes the various application procedures necessaryfor the filing of appeals, requests for variances, special-use permits,development plan reviews, site plan reviews, and other applications that may bespecified in the zoning ordinance, with the zoning board of review, consistentwith the provisions of this chapter. The zoning ordinance provides for thecreation of appropriate forms, and for the submission and resubmissionrequirements, for each type of application required. A zoning ordinance mayestablish that a time period of a certain number of months is required to passbefore a successive similar application may be filed.
