   § 45-24-70  Appeals – Priority injudicial proceedings. – Upon the entry of any case or proceeding brought under the provisions of thischapter, including pending appeals and appeals subsequently taken to the court,the court shall, at the request of either party, advance the case, so that thematter is afforded precedence on the calendar and shall be heard and determinedwith as little delay as possible.
