SECTION 45-25-10.1

   § 45-25-10.1  Present appointmentsunaffected. – Nothing contained in § 45-25-10 shall in any way alter any other part orprovision of this title, chapter, or section, or any appointments heretofore orhereafter made thereunder, all of which remain in full force and effect.
