§ 45-29-13 - Power of city to take property for authority.

SECTION 45-29-13

   § 45-29-13  Power of city to take propertyfor authority. – Any city from time to time may take real property located in it improved orunimproved, for an authority created by it under any housing authorities law ofthis state now in force or enacted in the future.
