§ 45-32-16 - Provision for payment for property condemned.

SECTION 45-32-16

   § 45-32-16  Provision for payment forproperty condemned. – If the plan provides for the condemnation of any real property, the legislativebody shall not adopt the plan unless it contains adequate provisions forpayment for property so acquired as provided by law.
