§ 45-37.1-14 - No authority to operate as a business.

SECTION 45-37.1-14

   § 45-37.1-14  No authority to operate as abusiness. – The corporation does not have the power to operate any project owned by it as abusiness or in any other manner, except as the lessor of a project.
