§ 45-37.1-19 Severability. – If any section, clause, provision, or portion of this chapter is held to beinvalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, the holdingshall not affect any other section, clause, or provision of this chapter whichis not in and of itself unconstitutional.
