§ 45-40.1-7 Appropriations, furnishing ofproperty, personnel, and service. – Any public agency entering into an agreement pursuant to this chapter mayappropriate funds and sell, lease, give, or otherwise supply the administrativejoint board or other legal or administrative entity created to operate thejoint or cooperative undertaking, by providing personnel or services for it asmay be within its legal power to furnish.
