§ 45-44-13 Severability. – The sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, and phrases of this chapter areseverable, and if any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase isdeclared unconstitutional or invalid, the unconstitutionality or invalidityshall not affect any of the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses,and phrases of this chapter.
