§ 45-48.1-22 - Termination or dissolution of district.

SECTION 45-48.1-22

   § 45-48.1-22  Termination or dissolution ofdistrict. – Upon termination or dissolution of the district, the title to all funds andother properties owned by it which remain after payment of all bonds and notesand other obligations of the district shall vest in the town.
