§ 46-10-16 Employment of assistants bydirector. – The director of the department of environmental management, upon taking chargeof unclaimed property, may employ as many persons as the director shall thinknecessary to assist in preserving the property, and he or she may appointguards to secure the property and may suppress all tumults and disorders.
