§ 46-10-18 Penalty for disobedience oforder of director. – Every person who shall disobey any lawful order of the director of thedepartment of environmental management, given in discharging the duties of thedirector's office, shall forfeit for every such offense twenty dollars($20.00), to be recovered in an action in the name of the director, to the useof the town of New Shoreham.
