§ 46-10-22 Amounts due parties other thandirector – Appeal. – No owner or other person interested in any property wrecked on Block Islandshall be held to pay to any person other than the director of the department ofenvironmental management any charge for services or expenses in taking orsecuring the property, unless it be for property taken or secured before thearrival of the director; in which case the director shall upon due hearing ofall parties interested, determine the compensation to be received as aforesaid,and any party dissatisfied with the award of the director may obtain a judicialreview under the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42.
