§ 46-12.8-17 - Bonds and local government obligations as investment securities.

SECTION 46-12.8-17

   § 46-12.8-17  Bonds and local governmentobligations as investment securities. – Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this chapter or any recitals in anybonds or local governmental obligations issued hereunder, all bonds and localgovernmental obligations shall be deemed to be investment securities under theUniform Commercial Code.
