SECTION 46-12.8-21

   § 46-12.8-21  Record keeping financialstatements. – The agency shall, at all times, keep full and accurate accounts of itsreceipts, expenditures, disbursements, assets, and liabilities with respect tothe agency's administration of the safe drinking water revolving loan fundwhich shall be open to inspection by any officer or duly appointed agent of thestate. The agency shall submit an annual report, in writing, to the governor,speaker of the house of representatives, and the president of the senate. Thereport shall include financial statements relating to the operations,properties, and expenditures of the agency with respect to the agency'sadministration of the safe drinking water revolving loan fund maintained inaccordance with generally accepted accounting principles, so far as applicable,and audited by an independent certified public accounting firm.
