§ 46-13.1-6 Severability. – If the provisions of this chapter or the application thereof to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, any invalidity shall not affect other provisionsor applications of the chapter which can be given effect without the invalidprovision or application, and to this end the provisions of the chapter aredeclared to be severable.
