   § 46-13.2-10  Violations. – Any person who engages in well drilling or offers to engage in well drilling,or advertises or holds himself or herself out or acts temporarily or otherwiseas a well driller, without first having obtained the required certificate ofregistration, and any person who violates any provisions of this chapter,including, but not limited to, the accurate reporting of wells drilled, shallbe guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more thanfive hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for not more than one year, andeach day that violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
