§ 46-13-13 - Complaints.

SECTION 46-13-13

   § 46-13-13  Complaints. – The director shall proceed with a hearing pursuant to § 46-13-12 whenevera written complaint made against any public drinking water supplier shall besubstantiated by investigation. Any proceedings, pursuant to § 46-13-12,resulting from the complaint shall be held at a public location.
