§ 46-15.1-16 Negotiable instruments.– Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of this chapter or any recitalsin any bonds and notes issued by the board hereunder, all the bonds and notesshall be deemed to be negotiable instruments under the laws of the state andinvestment securities under the Uniform Commercial Code.
