§ 46-15.3-17 - Actions by the department of environmental management.

SECTION 46-15.3-17

   § 46-15.3-17  Actions by the department ofenvironmental management. – The department of environmental management shall review each water supplysystem management plan, replacement or amendment thereto filed with it, andsubmit comments in writing to the water resources board.
