§ 46-17.2-6 Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part of this chapter shall beadjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgmentshall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall beconfined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or partadjudged invalid.
