§ 46-17.2-8 Regulations. – Provisions of this chapter shall be in compliance with the rules andregulations relating to pesticides promulgated by the department ofenvironmental management under provisions of the Rhode Island Pesticide ControlAct of 1976, chapter 25 of title 23.
