§ 46-22-11 Transmittal of information.– In accordance with any request duly made by an authorized official or agency ofthe United States, any information compiled or otherwise available to thedepartment of environmental management, pursuant to § 46-22-21 or46-22-22, shall be transmitted to that official or agency of the United States.
