§ 46-22-16 Boat manufacturers and dealers.– The director is authorized to promulgate regulations governing the issuance offourteen (14) day temporary numbers to be used by qualified manufacturers ordealers in transporting or demonstrating motorboats. The director may set rulesqualifying dealers and manufacturers.
