§ 46-22-23 Maximum speed within the cityof Warwick. – The Warwick park and waterfront development commission is hereby authorized toestablish maximum speed limits for boats in the public harbors of the city ofWarwick at five (5) miles per hour. Any speed limits duly established by thecommission, pursuant hereto, shall have the force and effect of law, and aviolation thereof shall be a misdemeanor.
