§ 46-6-16 Application for federalreimbursement of expenses. – It shall be the duty of the department of environmental management to makeapplication in behalf of the state for the reimbursement of any sums expendedunder this chapter, which in the opinion of the director of the department ofenvironmental management might properly be paid by the United States.
