§ 46-9.1-15 License fees. – Every application for a license to act as a pilot in the waters of this stateshall be accompanied by a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) payable to theState of Rhode Island. Every pilot who shall request a renewal of his or herlicense shall pay to the State of Rhode Island a fee of five dollars ($5.00).
