§ 46-9.1-19 Notice and hearing beforerevocation or suspension of license. – Before any person shall be proceeded against on any complaint, and before anypilot shall be removed or suspended, the person or pilot shall be notified inwriting to appear before the commission. The notice shall specify the natureand substance of the complaint and shall be served personally, or be left athis or her last and usual place of abode, at least fifteen (15) days before thetime fixed in the notice for his or her appearance.
