§ 46-9-30 - Surrender of suspended or revoked license.

SECTION 46-9-30

   § 46-9-30  Surrender of suspended orrevoked license. – A pilot whose license has been revoked or suspended shall surrender his or herlicense to the commission who shall retain it until the period of his or hersuspension shall expire.
