   § 5-10-25  Inspection powers of thedivision – Denial of access. – Any person employed, authorized and empowered by the division of professionalregulation may enter any shop, place of business, or establishment licensedunder the provisions of this chapter during the hours the shop, place ofbusiness, establishment, or school of barbering, manicuring, or hairdressingand cosmetic therapy is open for business, for the purpose of inspecting itssanitary conditions and ascertaining if the provisions of this chapter and therules and regulations for the practice of barbering, hairdressing, and cosmetictherapy as established by the division are being observed in the operation ofthat shop or place of business, and failure or refusal of the person in chargeof that shop, place of business, establishment, or school to permit inspectionat all reasonable times is deemed sufficient cause for the revocation of anylicense issued to that shop, place of business, or establishment and anycertificate of approval issued by the division.
